What We Manufacture

Every blade root, tower section and nacelle interface is different. We fabricate the structure that matches it, then certify it for the voyage.

EQ-01

Blade Root Cradles

Root-end support structures that pick up the blade's heaviest, stiffest section and transfer that load straight into the deck.

  • Geometry matched to the bolt-circle and root flange of the specific blade model
  • Contact faces lined to protect the root flange and bearing surfaces
  • Fixing points engineered back to the vessel's under-deck structure
Construction
Fabricated structural steel
Coating
Marine-grade corrosion protection system
Fit
Profile-matched per blade model
Testing
Load-tested prior to mobilisation
EQ-02

Mid-Span & Tip Support Saddles

Cradling saddles that follow the twist and taper of the blade aerofoil along its mid-span and tip sections.

  • Curved, contoured saddle faces that follow blade twist rather than fighting it
  • Distributes load across a wide contact area to avoid local stress on the composite skin
  • Sized to suit single or multi-blade stacking arrangements on deck
Construction
Fabricated steel with contoured support faces
Lining
Protective packing at all blade contact points
Fit
Profile-matched per blade model
Testing
Load-tested prior to mobilisation
EQ-03

Tower Section Stacking Frames

Stacking and cradle frames that keep tower sections centred, separated and secure when shipped in multiples.

  • Interlocking frame geometry for safe multi-tier stacking on deck
  • Distributes point loads from circular tower sections into flat bearing surfaces
  • Designed for repeated load / discharge cycles across a shipping programme
Construction
Fabricated structural steel
Coating
Marine-grade corrosion protection system
Configuration
Single or multi-tier stacking
Reuse
Designed for repeat voyage cycles

How We Work

01

Cargo & Voyage Definition

We gather component drawings, vessel particulars, route and the seasonal weather window the voyage needs to work within.

02

Engineering & Securing Calculations

Motion analysis, load-path study, and cradle, saddle and sea-fastening design, backed by full structural calculations.

03

Class & MWS Approval

Drawing and calculation packages go out for classification society and marine warranty surveyor review and sign-off.

04

Fabrication & Load Testing

Cradles, saddles and lashing hardware are fabricated, coated and load-tested before they leave the workshop.

05

Load-Out, Securing & Sail-Away

Engineers on site supervise positioning, securing and lashing, and sign off the vessel as ready before it sails.

Get a scope together

Send the component drawings and the route. We'll engineer the rest.
